  • Include the required statutory warnings and sender contact information.

  • Retain the final form, certified-mail record, tracking, and recipient-level delivery evidence.

Where KiteCourier fits

Strong recurring bulk fit for suppliers and subcontractors that send monthly notices across many jobs.

Product constraint

KiteCourier does not calculate lien deadlines or validate the statutory form. Use a reviewed final PDF and a recipient list approved for the project.

Alternatives and exceptions
A Certified Mail route may coexist with other valid delivery methods or extra steps.

Alternatives

  • Personal delivery to the recipient or the recipient’s agent.
  • Another traceable private service that can confirm proof of receipt.

Exceptions and qualifications

  • Specially fabricated materials, contractual retainage, and fund-trapping notices have additional rules.
  • Actual receipt can cure a delivery-method defect, but it should not be the operating plan.

Turn the final notice into a complete proof record.
