Tracking Your Mail
All mail sent through KiteCourier includes USPS tracking. You can view the status of your mail in your account dashboard under the "Letters" section. If you're having trouble with tracking, please contact our support team.
- Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear in the system
- Electronic return receipts can be viewed on the USPS website
- Domestic mailings typically take 4-6 business days to arrive
Mail Specifications
KiteCourier supports various mail specifications to meet your needs. Here's what you should know:
- We accept PDF files up to 30 pages and 5MB in size
- For optimal printing, submit documents in letter size (8.5" x 11")
- Letters are printed in black and white.
- Double-sided printing is available as an option during checkout
