Comparison
KiteCourier vs PostGrid
PostGrid is a print and mail platform built around an API. KiteCourier is a web app for sending certified letters. Here is what each costs and handles.
Competitor facts checked October 28, 2026.
Quick answer
KiteCourier is built for certified notices: one flat price per letter that covers printing, the envelope, USPS postage and the tracking record, bulk campaigns from a spreadsheet with every address checked against USPS before anything prints, and a web app your staff can use the same day. PostGrid is a developer platform for many kinds of mail, with a per-piece price table and an Enterprise tier for bulk. Its listed figures, and the questions its pages leave open, are in the table.
Choose KiteCourier if
- You mostly send certified letters and notices, not a mix of mail types.
- You want a flat price per letter and a web app your staff can use without a developer.
- You send the same notice to a list and want every address checked with USPS first, with left-out letters not charged.
Choose PostGrid if
- You also send postcards, cheques or other kinds of mail.
- You are building your own software and want to wire mail into it from public API docs.
